Primary School Teachers' professional development is a process which language teachers continue accepting new knowledge and increasing professional competence. The new round of reform of basic education put forward a new request for language teachers. In the environment of the new curriculum, many front-line primary language teachers refine good ideas by recalling his years of teaching experience, recording life bit by bit, reflecting on the gains and losses of educational activities and so on which can refract teachers' living conditions originally. So it is worth studying.This study selected two sets of educational books of essays, namely Changchun Publishing launched the "primary language teacher growth recorded" series and Yu Yi, Liu Yuan editor, Language Publishing House "speak the language teacher" series, supplemented by East China Normal University Press of the well-known primary school language teacher education essays big summer book series as the main object of study, now peep bottlenecks and problems of language teaching primary school language teachers from 20 several growth process, to explore new ways of primary school language teaching.The first part of the paper, as an introduction, an overview of the meaning and value of the main thesis research topic, and briefly describes the major research methods.
