The Senior High School Chinese Language Curriculum stipulates that “more efforts needs to be put on the comprehensive advancement of the students’ Chinese language ability and giving full play to the language courses function of educating people". In view of this, stimulating students’ interest in language learning, creating effective classroom teaching, and comprehensively enhancing the language proficiency of the students become a primary concern for us to set up a teaching module. After repeated consultation, we established the 5326 efficient classroom teaching module, with the hope of changing the current status of the Chinese language teaching in our school and comprehensively improving the students’ language proficiency and language attainment via the implementation of this model.Based on the above understanding, this paper discusses the following aspects,Part one clarifies the concept of 5326 classroom teaching module. 5 refers to the five principles applied in classroom teaching, namely, the principles of emotional education, cultural education, inquiring experience, demonstration and communication, as well as habit cultivation. 3 refers to the implementation of the three-dimensional targets: knowledge and skills, processes and methods, emotional attitudes and Values. 2 is the cultivation of 2 habits: pre-class accumulation and after-class feedback. 6 refers to the 6 basic stages applied in classroom teaching, that is, target-oriented—self-learning—cooperation and communication—presentation of results—summary and reflection—awards. This teaching module poses new challenges to the Chinese language teaching, but it’s developed based on the fact of the students’ weak language foundation. Meanwhile, this module satisfies the need for using the language, truly understanding Chinese language and advancing traditional Chinese culture. It is also a reform of teaching method to enhance teaching efficacy.Part two defines the characteristics of 5326 classroom teaching module, which is audience-orientated, feasible, efficient and open. This module is developed based on the fact of poor student pool and weak language basis of our school, which is clear and easy to operate. This module can effectively enhance the classroom teaching efficacy. It’s open for further development with the passing of time.Part three interprets the implementation ways of 5326 classroom teaching module, self-study, cooperative learning, inquiring learning and learning via dialogue.Part four explores the design types of 5326 classroom teaching module: literature class text mode and utility class text mode. The former mode covers essays, poetry, novels, and the theatrical text mode teaching and the later includes narratives, argumentation and descriptive text mode teaching.Part five discusses the results of the implementation of 5326 classroom teaching module. This module rebuilds the roles of teachers and students in classroom teaching, enhances the students’ self-study ability, stimulates their interests in Chinese language learning and widens their quantities of Chinese reading. This module also enhances the effectiveness of Chinese language classroom teaching and improves the academic performance of the students.
