Music education is an important part of the humanities, it is an important compulsory course in the basic education field. It has important significance for the implementation of music education to promote the development of students' aesthetic quality, the cultivation of healthy personality and creativity. In twenty-first Century, the education should be oriented to modernization, the world and the future, which requires educators to actively apply all kinds of new ideas and new technologies to the field of education, in order to optimize the teaching effect and promote the development of students. Today, information technology has penetrated into people's daily learning, work of all levels, this is not an exception to the primary school music education, the use of information technology has become an inevitable trend in the development of primary school music education technology. Under this background, it is important to understand the current situation of primary school music curriculum and information technology integration, and to propose a scientific and effective optimization strategy for promoting the effective integration of primary school music curriculum and the information technology, and promoting the teaching effectiveness of the music curriculum.
