Nowadays is an era that science and technology had developed at full speed, educationshould face to modernization, world and future. The development of the informationtechnology and music curriculum has already became a kind of inevitable trend,with fullymake use of various kinds of modernized technological means to launch the teaching activityof the music, this has brought life and vigor for reform and development of traditional musicteaching, it should be a great characteristic of music education in the 21st century. The moderneducation skill represented by information technology has expanded the capacity of musicteaching greatly, abundant teaching means and teaching resource, there are wide applicationprospects in music education, the teacher should study and master the modern informationtechnology constantly , in order to meet the request for development of era.In music education teaching, comply with prescroption, rich in the principle of aestheticfeeling , on the basis of the thing that to various kinds of modern abundant streets ofeducation skill, use modern teaching technology synthetically , make its optimization musicteaching course. This thesis regards music disciplineteaching as the research that the starting point carries on the information technology andmusic course of the primary school and combines. Already in the advanced educationthought, regard the information technology taking computer and network as the core as thecognitive tool which promotes student's independent study under the guidance of the theory ofthe music, the emotion encourages tools and music teaching environment to found tools, andapply these tools to the discipline teaching course of the music, make various kinds of eachingresource , each teaching key element and teaching environment through putting in order ,making up, merge each other, thus promote the basic change of the traditional music teachingway, that is to say that promotes the changes of teaching structure and teaching mode ofregarding teacher as the centre, thus reach and train student's initiative spirit and goal ofpractice ability .information technology and music course of the primary school are combined, it is notthe demonstration tool regarding information technology as auxiliary teacher's teachingbriefly, but to the foundation of opening up the state and case study of music education ofprimary school of our country, realize the real integration of the information technology andmusic teaching of the primary school, realize the perfect combination of technology and art.
