The teaching mode of autonomous learning refers to a learning mode,where students make plans,choose contents and methods of learning and make full use of the teaching resources to achieve the learning goals under the condition of teachers' guidence and students' situation. It highlights the students subject position which is the feature of modern teaching, improves the initiative of students in physical education class and cultivates the learning interest of physical education.Under the present conditons of implementing quality-oriented education in our country, cultivating students' learning autonomy and creativity has already become the new requirement of school physical education in modern society.New curriculum standards require autonomous teaching, cooperative teaching and inquiry teaching.These three aspects interact and cooperate with each other.This paper takes the autonomous learning as the point of penetration and compares the changes of physical education scores between the experimental class and the comparitive class through the teaching experiment.The modern teaching requires full subjectivity of students through the transition of teachers' leading role to students' autonomous learning under the active guidence of teachers, which aims to guide the right direction of development and correct the students who deviate from the learning orbit timely. Then concludes the influence which autonomous learning in physical education has on physical learning,physical interest and autonomy ability of junior students through the data analysis of the change of students over a period of time and through the differences in physical test scores between the experimental class and the comparative classes.This research mainly uses the teaching experimental method, the observational method and the questionnaire investigation, etc.Under the condition of students' not knowing the purpose of this experiment,it uses the questionnaires to survey the physical learning conditions of junior two students in Zhangqiu Dangjia middle school by selecting the experimental class and the comparative class at random and choosing the experienced teacher as the experimental class organizer. The project of this experimental teaching is basketball.Different from the regular gound and techniques of racing project,the ground situations and the defense conditions of basketball varies a lot,the dribbling action combination which is characterized by diversity doesn't have a fixed mode. Then it stimulated the students' learning interest in basketball.As a observer during the implemention process of class teaching,the writer observe and takes notes of the students' performance in class,concern the students' behavior manifestation in physical learning,such as exercise enthu siasm, cooperation learning situation and communication with teachers and classmates, compares the diverse differences of the two classes' students in physical education clas ses and then analyses combining the teacher's visual teaching experience.Through the basketball technical teaching experiment and the data comparison bet ween the experimental class and the comparative class, this research concludes the foll owing results:1. Using the sports autonomy teaching mode,the combination of physical education teachers actively guide, heightening the students' sports class participation, stimulate students' active and creative actively search for knowledge and skills of desire,to form lifelong sports ideology.2. The experimental data show that the use of autonomous learning teaching mode, to the improvement of students' basketball technology has great help, show more creat ive learning in the learning process, students have strong learning motivation,compared with the traditional teaching mode, students' academic performance, as a result of ind ependent teaching mode amplitude greater progress.3. Autonomous learning teaching performance in the dominant class sports skill effe ct is more apparent, for fitness dominant class sports projects, two teaching modes in a short period of time teaching effect does not exist significant differences.4.Autonomous learning teaching pattern effectively overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode, the students are in a state of passive accepting learning, highlight the "student-centered", advocate active learning, optimize the teaching process, improve the efficiency of the teaching and learning effect.
