Chinese teaching and Chinese language teaching are inextricably linked, but due to the language environment, historical factors, curriculum standards, teaching objects,such as the different show different characteristics, the focus of the two textbooks in the transmission of culture is also different. The teaching of cultural content is an important part of language teaching, and the arrangement of cultural content will affect the students' understanding and learning of the culture. Culture teaching in Chinese as a second language teaching occupies important position and plays a more important role in Chinese language teaching. Because the Chinese and overseas Chinese families and society of the Chinese culture is very valued, hope to understand and master the Chinese culture, to better inherit and accept the influence of Chinese culture. Through the review of the literature, we found that at present, in the field of Chinese teaching of cultural factors in the overseas Chinese teaching materials research is still relatively weak, the content of culture teaching is the core of Chinese teaching, is traditionally Chinese textbooks written key consider an important problem, and our Chinese education from beginning to end are permeated with the culture teaching, compared with China, the Chinese textbooks, Singapore Chinese language textbooks in the contents of knowledge culture layout and processing will what are the similarities and differences between? In view of this, this paper selects the people's Education Publishing House of primary school "language" and the Singapore version of the "primary school Chinese"(Revised Edition) two sets of textbooks were compared of two elementary school language(China) cultural and educational material in dealing with the similarities and differences in the content of cultural knowledge. This paper puts forward of overseas Chinese teaching materials and cultural content arrangement from several points of view and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the preface, mainly expounds the problem, related concepts, research review, research significance and researchmethods; the second chapter analyzes the new primary school language(Chinese), the teaching situation and teaching objectives of the similarities and differences between the two cultures; the third chapter focuses on the analysis of cultural knowledge compare the contents of two sets of teaching materials, the content of culture is defined as the knowledge of culture, and is divided into 12 categories of statistical analysis of two textbooks of the book knowledge and cultural categories, analysis of cultural content behind the cultural connotation, selection of comparison of two sets of textbooks in the cultural knowledge of the specific content and presentation of the comparison; the fourth chapter describes the cultural knowledge of two textbooks to write the same text difference; fifth chapter of the cultural content of Chinese teaching materials in the preparation of the course standard, material content, presentation format and so on, give their own suggestions;The sixth chapter is a summary of the full text. I hope this thesis can contribute to the development of Chinese education.
