With the rapid development of information technology and digital video resources increasingly rich, video resources in support of the new mode of teaching and learning are playing an increasingly important role, video can be integrated use of text, graphics, images and sounds, and other media powerful advantages to represent information, make it become an important resource of classroom teaching. For secondary vocational school teachers is relatively weak, the micro teaching video for secondary vocational schools to improve professional technical problems in basic course teaching, promote the innovation of the teaching methods and improve the quality of teaching has more important meaning and value.Secondary vocational schools in the process of the application of the digital teaching resources, has many problems, restricted the teaching video application effect in the professional technology, for example, some video for a long time, some of the video content is not suitable for practical application, student learning enthusiasm is not high, backward teaching resources using method, micro teaching video can attract the attention of the learners in a short time, help to solve the problem of secondary vocational schools in the teaching of specialized courses. This study on the research present situation of the application of micro video teaching resources and the secondary professional basic course teaching on the basis of the status quo, to autonomous learning, cooperative learning group, the program teaching theory as the instruction, according to the characteristics of secondary vocational students to learn to study and put forward the effective application in classroom teaching in secondary vocational professional basic course, miniature video teaching strategies.On the basis of literature research, this study integrated application of methods of deductive method, experimental method, first analyzes the characteristics of learning objects, including by way of questionnaire to understand the students on the application of the micro teaching video in the teaching experience and expectation. Secondly the analysis of teaching content, policy enforcement goal set, selection and arrangement of miniature teaching video resources. At the beginning of the target, the specific application process design, including the selection of micro teaching video link design and sorting design, strategy, strategy in the process of design. This a series of strategies are: temperature, so the import strategy, group cooperative learning strategy, autonomous operation teaching learning strategies, auxiliary strategy, distribution strategy, learn how to make teaching strategy.According to the design of the above, this research in construction engineering surveying course as a validation strategy of experiment courses, and the selection of Guangzhou municipal vocational school of civil engineering construction engineering of the two levels of second grade class, one class among them to strategy implementation, another to implement that in comparative classes. In the teaching implementation strategy, verify the effectiveness of the strategy. Finally by questionnaire survey and comprehensive assessment questionnaire, analyze the effect of the implementation of strategy.From the survey and evaluation, the teachers and students for this miniature teaching evaluation on the implementation of video application strategy is positive. Thus draws the research conclusion: the application of micro teaching video strategy can improve the teaching effect of secondary vocational technical class; Micro teaching video application strategy to promote the secondary vocational student's speaking skills upgrading has certain role; Micro teaching video application strategy should give full consideration to the practice of video content, presentation, difficult point tips and other factors.Due to the limitation of subjective and objective conditions, this study also has some shortcomings, such as the implementation of object less samples, test the number of less, affect the further promotion strategy. This needs to be in a follow-up study to further efforts to improve and perfect.
