With the development of social economy, people's material life and spiritual life has been greatly improved, and in recent years, however, suicide in youth students and hurt others life events are occurring, is education. At the same time, the youth decadence, retreat in the face of a setback, cowardice in front of the evil, to give up,and lose the life consciousness of individuals to own existence problem has become a tragedy in youth education. The fundamental goal of education is to cultivate,improve and perfect human body life.In language and literature teaching and learning activities, the tragic works describe the positive characters devastating outcome and sufferings to highlight the great value of life. Full of misfortune and destruction of the tragic works, touched the hearts of students, because they pity mood, making them both think in these works,the meaning of life and value. Tragic works with functions of life education, this article from the perspective of life education in high school Chinese tragic works,research teaching strategy, the exploring teaching method, hope to reveal the real life essence, analyzes the human nature at the same time, can play a role in the life education of students, arouse their life consciousness, strengthen the sense of anxiety,soared beyond the spirit, cultivate emotion, purify the mind.
