In order to explore the status quo of physical exercise,positive psychological capital and subjective well-being of college students and their relationship.Physical activity scale,positive psychological capital questionnaire and subjective well-being questionnaire were used as the main tools.Of liaoning normal university,linyi university,dalian jiaotong university,heze college,dalian university of technology,dalian neusoft institute of information and so on six colleges and universities of 728 college students were investigated,using SPSS 25.0 and Process plug-in,descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,single factor analysis of variance and intermediary role.Results results:(1)The intensity of college students' exercise is mainly "light exercise",accounting for31.7% of the total number;the time is mainly "21-30 minutes",accounting for 32.0% of the total number;the frequency is mainly "once or twice a week",accounting for 38.7% of the total number.(2)The amount of physical exercise of college students is 21.98 points,which is at the medium level,and there are significant differences in gender and origin(P<0.05).The average value of positive psychological capital was 96.10 points,which remained at a medium level.There were significant differences in gender and grade(P<0.05).The mean value of subjective well-being was 24.63 points,which was in the middle level.There were significant differences in gender and grade(P<0.05).(3)There was a significant low positive correlation between physical exercise and positive psychological capital(R=0.49,P<0.01),a significant low positive correlation between positive psychological capital and subjective well-being(R=0.40,P<0.01),and a significant low positive correlation between physical exercise and subjective well-being(R=0.48,P<0.01).(4)The mediating effect value was 0.09,the total effect value was 0.40,and 95%CI did not include 0.The mediating effect and the total effect were both significant,accounting for22.5%.Research Conclusions:(1)College students' physical exercise,positive psychological capital and subjective well-being are all in the middle level.(2)There are significant differences in demographic variables of physical exercise,positive psychological capital and subjective well-being of college students.(3)Physical exercise is significantly positively correlated with positive psychological capital,positive psychological capital is significantly positively correlated with subjective well-being,physical exercise is significantly positively correlated with subjective well-being,and both play a positive predictive role.(4)Positive psychological capital can only play a partial mediating role in the improvement of subjective well-being of college students through physical exercise. |
