Today Chinese scholars focus their study on school education mostly and students rights or questions discussion, less concerned about parents' rights about education.Parents know less about parents education boundaries, and the properties,they don't know much about the content, especially for the realization of the parents in the school education. But with the deepening of the reform of market economy, the speeding up of diversified education and legal system of the development of the society, education consumption appears diversification and individuation. In recent years, realistic problems such as the "school choice hot", "neighborhood school" and "parent-school cooperative" outbreak of all parents education rights into the public eye, become the focus of attention. Firstly Parents education as a kind of natural rights is reserved by the parents.Afterwards parents transfer their part of the education right to the school education because of socialization production. Parents education dominated by the initial position to the present into the attached status of school education. Whether from the aspect of law or from the perspective of education, the guarantee and implementation of parents education have its important significance.
