| The promulgation of the《Parents Education Promotion Law》has ushered in an era in which parents "bring their children according to law".The provisions of the law clearly stipulate that all government departments,schools and social organizations should actively cooperate,adhere to the collaborative education of home,school and society,developing cohesive force for parents education,and opening up a new situation.In rural areas,parents education resources are in a state of poverty,and although parents’ idea on parents education have changed to a certain extent,there is still a long way to go to complete the transformation.At present,in rural areas,it is mainly Women’s Federations that doing parents education,as well as schools through parent-teacher meetings and home visits.However,the main task of the school is to focus on subject education,and teachers are generally lack of scientific parents education ability,resulting in parents education always in the marginal position.In this context,the social organization resources linked by the Women’s Federation have become an important force in promoting the development of rural parents education.Before the promulgation of the regulations,local social organizations had started to explore and practice parents education for a period of time,and formed a feasible and effective path,but there were still some problems.This paper takes the X institution in Danjiangkou City,which has rich experience in rural parents education guidance,as the research object,and describes the current situation of its cooperation with rural primary schools and Women’s Federations to carry out rural parents education guidance services,so as to summarize a feasible path for social organizations to participate in rural parents education.It is found that social organizations’ participation in rural parents education has problems such as lack of standardization in industry development,poor effectiveness of guidance content and form,lack of parents education resources in rural schools,and poor parents education foundation for rural parents.Then,the reasons are analyzed from the social organization itself,the government,the school and the parents,which are insufficient internal support of social organizations,weak government policy support,long-term lack of parents education policy,and lack of cultural capital of rural families.Finally,based on the above problems,this study based on the theory of social support,the following suggestions are given.Firstly,to improve the ability of guidance and services through social organizations by improving professionalism,grasping the needs of rural parents,and broadening participation channels.The government continuously improves the policy and resource support for social organizations to participate in rural parents education guidance,and actively promotes the revitalization of rural industries and culture,providing good objective conditions for social organization guidance services,and rural schools strengthen the platform support for social organizations to participate in rural parents education guidance by improving school parents education guidance service mechanisms and guiding rural parents to change their concepts of parents education. |
