At present,the social recognition of vocational education is not high,secondary vocational freshmen are mainly from junior middle school underachiever,generally showing poor academic level,low learning enthusiasm,High frequency problem behavior and other characteristics;In addition,the school-running mode of secondary vocational schools is far from that of junior middle schools and general high schools,and the school adaptation problems faced by secondary vocational school freshmen are more complicated.The purpose of this study is to explore the group counseling intervention program that can solve the adjustment problem of secondary vocational school freshmen.Based on the investigation of the school adaptation status of 581 secondary vocational school freshmen by using the high school adaptation questionnaire,the group counselingprogram for maladjusted students has been developed.30 maladjusted students were selected for intervention,which effectively improved their school adaptation and achieved good results,providing a basis for carrying out school adaptation education for secondary vocational freshmen.This paper comes to the following conclusions:1.Freshmen in secondary vocational schools generally have a poor level of school adaptation,among which school adaptation is the worst,and school attitude and close relationship between teachers and students come second.2.This paper designed and implemented the "secondary vocational school orientation guidance" is targeted,and effectively improve the overall school adaptation of secondary vocational freshmen.3.Among the seven dimensions of school adaptation,the guidance for school adaptation of secondary vocational freshmen has the most significant effect on the intervention of peer relationship,followed by school attitude and collective adaptation.The relatively poor effect of intervention is the conflict between teachers and students and learning adaptation.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward Suggestions to improve the adaptability of secondary vocational freshmen.Schools and teachers should pay attention to the schooladaptive education into the routine work system;Perfect the psychological files of secondary vocational freshmen,and focus on the adaptive level of key objects;The point combines with the surface—carry out individual psychological counseling and group counseling,joint intervention school maladjustment.
