Considering the fact that the college students' development cannot satisfy the need of enterprises, professionalism training of new employees has become an important link of the whole process of young generation's career development. Thus, It is necessary to explore the rules and principles of new employee professionalism training, and to help the university graduates develop their careers.Professional socialization means individuals acquire professional knowledge, skills and norms by learning activities in professional bodies, participate professional activities positively, interpose professional circumstances, join the professional relationship systems and reproduce experiences. In addition, there are three key aspects of professional socialization, that is, performer, process and the factors that influence the process. At the same time, except for knowledge learning, the performance and professional roles adjustment of new employees were paid more attention in this research, as a result, professional socialization was chosen as the research perspective.Based on the analysis of professionalism training and professional socialization, company E was chosen as the research filed, and qualitative research mothed was used. By applying methods of one-case interview, focus group research and triangulation, research materials were collected from training manager, employees development manager, couches and new employees for further exploration on the roles of participators in new employees professionalism training, the process of it and factors that have effects on it. Furthermore, the new employees professionalism training framework is established based on the research findings. First, this research found that professionalism is a multi-dimensional construct, which includes four elements:identification generation, attitude formation, norm adherence and ability possession. Second, the process of new employee professionalism training can be divided into three steps:new employee intensive training, earlier stage coaching and later stage coaching. Third, training manager, employee development manager, couches and new employees have different roles of organizer and producer, overseer and rater, mentor and model as well as dominant power in the training process. Fourth, except for individual value, believes and attitudes of new employees, learning ability and interests, career plan, pre-job experience, enterprise management systems, enterprise culture and colleagues' professionalism, training instruction design and mass communication media also have different influences on different individuals' professionalism training. Last but not the least, different focuses on new employee professionalism training for enterprises, young generation and universities are put forward based on the research findings.
