Since the eighth basic education curriculum reform in 2001, The new curriculum concept has profound influence on the traditional concepts?content and methods of primary school Chinese education. In the experimental textbooks under the new curriculum system, Children's literature becomes the main stage of the elementary teaching material. Children's literature plays an important role in primary school language education in the course of the curriculum reform. As a result, Children's literature is very important for children's growth. However, there are still some shortcomings in the actual teaching of children's Literature. For example,The arrangement of children's literature texts, the core problem of migration of children's Literature and interpretation and analysis of children's literary works etc. It is worth noting that selection and arrangement of children's literary works is the basic problem of deciding the content of Chinese teaching in primary school. Based on the above considerations, I put forward the topic is “Study on children's literature collection in the current Jiangsu edition of Chinese textbooks for primary school”.The thesis is focused on the statistics and analysis of selected works of children's literature. First, Based on the study of children's literature on selection value, to explore the value of children's literature texts in terms of aesthetic qualities, the enlightenment education and Chinese subject. Second, On the basis of data and analysis to find its advantages and limitations. Considering the style, quantity and proportion, author, and Chinese and foreign works. Summarizing the characteristics of children's literature collection, and thinking about the problems of children's literature selection and arrangement. Finally, Recommending on the basis, principles, standards, objectives and methods of teaching children's literature, etc. Including setting up the correct view of children, selecting and rewriting the works of children's Literature carefully, paying attention to the diversity of the types of articles and topics, improving the children's literature selection interest etc.
