In recent years,the higher education in our country has been fully developed.The integration of various industries and the strategic development of higher education institutions,the demand for talent has also been strengthened.With the integration of all industries and strategic development in colleges and universities,The demand for talent has also been strengthened.However,compared with the developed countries of the teachers in Colleges and universities,there are still a large gap.The overall quality and the internal work force is not high.External competitiveness of College teachers' performance pay is not high.,especially inernal incentive is poor,.And on the wage structure and income distribution has obvious phenomenon of "the gap between rich and poor".This creates the loss of senior talents and general staff retention in the organization.At the same time it also affectes the development of colleges and universities.Therefore,under this background and the requirement of the trend,the research on the performance wage system of our country is more and more important.Based on the research of the performance management theory and salary management theory from some scholars,combining with the situation and experience of the implementation of university teachers' performance wage in China,analyzing the performance wage system of our country implementation issues,this paper analyzes on the university teachers' performance salary system and its characteristic,and summarizes its enlightenment on performance-based pay implementation of colleges and universities in our country.Finally,this paper takes A college performance salary reform project as an example,to build A university performance salary system design,and implementation.Based on the questionnaire data analysis on the implementation of the scheme,put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions of performance wage system in colleges and universities.Through building A college performance-related pay scheme,this paper defines of merit pay,amount,distribution and management,and formulates specific implementation rules.of the specific implementation details,then implement the merit pay plan.Based on the questionnaire survey of 82 teachers,this paper evaluate on the effect of performance wage system.It is concluded that income of teaching and research work has increased significantly,compared to before implementing performance salary.What's more,more than 30 teachers on pay satisfaction is higher.Finally,the paper puts forward that focusing on young teachers and retaining new faculty is one future research directions of the performance salary system.
