In 2001 the foundation education course reform (try out)outline, our country has entered the phase of the new curriculum reform. In the new curriculum reform, teachers are researchers and organizers of the implementation of new curriculum reform is the developer, plays an important role in the new course reform. Teachers'comprehensive quality of ascension is not only has the vital significance to oneself, and to the student, national society will produce important and far-reaching significance. As a result, the country has been attached great importance to the construction of teachers, to improve teachers' quality in recent years, implemented a series of policy measures and achieved significant results. In 2010 the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)pointed out:"The strict teacher qualification, improve teachers' quality, and strive to create a noble ethics, business skilled, reasonable structure, energetic professional teachers team with high quality." The requirement is aimed at building high-quality teachers team, from morality to business overall improve teachers' comprehensive quality in an all-round way. In 2012 the state council issued a middle school teachers' professional standard (trial), The basic idea for high school teachers take the student as this, the teacher's ethics first, ability and lifelong learning, the basic content is "professional philosophy and ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability", and from the three dimensions and 14 areas are put forward for high school teachers and 60 three basic requirements. This is the first time about teachers' professional development in our country's national documents, is to meet the requirements of education reform and development, in order to further promote the teacher professional development need and use. In order to further improve teachers' comprehensive quality, in 2012 the state council on strengthening the construction of teachers' opinions, explicitly pointed out that "by 2020, to form a noble ethics, business skilled, reasonable structure, vibrant high-quality professional teachers' overall goals." It also reflects the state of teachers' comprehensive quality promotion attitude more firmly, goals more clearly.With the new curriculum reform, the understanding of the role of teacher and requirements are constantly changing, as the perpetrators and win the key factor of curriculum reform, requests the teacher constantly update education ideas, constantly improve their professional ability quality. Compared to the cultivation of students comprehensive quality and evaluation of the gradual development and perfection, and for teachers also more is to emphasize the requirements of professional quality standard, the research and evaluation of teachers' comprehensive quality is relatively small. The author hopes to study of high school teachers' comprehensive quality, rich in theory studies of teachers' comprehensive quality in practice to promote our country the promotion of teachers' comprehensive quality, finally promote the development of students, the development of education.This topic research the teachers comprehensive quality not only covers the knowledge and skills, process and methods as well as the emotional attitude values the inherent requirement of 3 d object, also from the epitaxial extension. High school teachers' comprehensive quality mainly refers to under the condition of the new curriculum, high school teachers in the education teaching activities, determines the education teaching effect, influence the sum total of the psychological quality of students all-round development. These qualities from the epitaxial on defining the physical and psychological, social and moral, cultural and art, science and innovation, education and teaching five dimensions ten aspects of the organic unity. Integrated does not mean is the sum of the quality, it is the good quality mutual unified, coordinated jointly promote teacher shows good education teaching quality.For this study, we propose the high school teachers should possess comprehensive quality requirements, improve their quality in the collection and analysis of the current approach, on the basis of the author proposes ways to improve high school teachers' comprehensive quality is:first, consummates the education training mechanism, rich teacher training mode; Second, strengthen the establishment of a scientific evaluation system, scientific evaluation of teachers; Third, enhance the level of education management and strengthen the management of teachers.
