The national rural teacher support program makes countryside teachers' development as a growth priority strategic position.Teacher's comprehensive quality is the core competence of teachers.According to teacher's professional characteristics and the skill requirement,the comprehensive quality of teachers includes the ideological and moral quality and professional quality.At present,the bottleneck of rural areas education was the restriction of teacher's comprehensive quality.Based on the questionnaire survey of 11 schools in Wangfu town,the dilemma of teachers' comprehensive quality is mainly reflected in the following aspects: teachers' morality and teachers' professional quality in rural areas.The main constrains of improvement of the comprehensive quality of rural teachers in Wangfu town are as follows: geographical traffic conditions,education environment,economic conditions,rural teachers' occupational fatigue and so on.Based on the reality of rural education development,the effective ways to improve rural teacher's comprehensive quality are as follow:to recruit teachers with high comprehensive quality,to enhance the attraction of teachers' positions in Wangfu town,Dianbai District,to strengthen the training program for teachers,and to pay attention to teacher performance appraisal and incentive.
