University faculties are the most important human resource in academic organization, which affect scientific achievements of college, talent cultivation and school development. The free turnover of university faculties not only promote the academic communicating each other, but also confuse the academic team in academic organizations. In general, the undisciplined academic team is due to lot of members who have a certain potential turnover intention. Once those members turn this potential intention into actual behavior, which universities face excellent brain drain, scientific research levels drop and school development lag behind. So the study of faculties' intention whether go away or leave will be beneficial to get the facts that faculties' intention and take measures, which arouse faculties' enthusiasm of work and promote their sense of belonging and satisfaction. To prevent the turnover intention from subconscious into practical action, which avoid brain drain and ensure team of academic stability, enhance college running level and teaching quality.The study composites influence factors of university teachers mobility, which investigate faculties'intention that could forecast their maintain or remove by questionnaire and interview. The study takes teachers of shannxi provincial colleges as research objects, taking job satisfaction and organizational commitment as independent variable and turnover intention as dependent variable. While having correlation and regression analysis about the relation of three variables by SPSS.The results show that:(1) The shaanxi provincial universities teachers' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention are basically in the middle and lower levels on the current.(2) There exist differences in demographic variables among the university teachers' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intension. For example, institustion type and gender exist prominent differences on the whole job satisfaction, teachers who in different age groups have remarkable differences on the whole organizational commitment. But the differences of whole organizational commitment in demographic variables are not prominent, several dimensions except.(3) After the correlation and stepwise regression analysis with the relation among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational commitment has significant positive correlation, and that the predictor which job satisfaction decides organizational commitment is 28.7%; While analyzing respectively to take job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention by stepwise regression analysis, the results turn out discorded. That job satisfaction and organizational commitment with turnover intention have significant positive correlation, whereas the correlation is so small and the predictor the first two on the last is low.
