In the information age,the application of new technology makes education and teaching more efficient.At the same time,the teacher's professional competence has also been challenged.In this context,primary and secondary school teachers should have the appropriate application of information technology capabilities,the ability to train through the appropriate training courses to complete.Recently,many schools or training institutions have conducted training on the application of information technology in primary and secondary school teachers,how the training effect is,and how satisfied teachers are in the training courses.This paper adopts the literature method to sort out the relevant research on the application of information technology ability training of primary and middle school teachers at home and abroad.On this basis,it summarizes the framework of the satisfaction analysis of middle school teachers' online training courses.Based on the analysis framework,the questionnaire on the satisfaction degree of middle school teachers' information technology application ability training was designed.This paper investigates and analyzes the personal characteristics of secondary school teachers(such as age,sex,teaching age,etc.)and information technology application ability training curriculum.It is found that teachers' personal characteristics are different and the satisfaction degree is different.A survey of the five dimensions of the course,namely,"course content","curriculum presentation","curriculum extension resources","curriculum interaction mode" and "course learning platform",found that online training courses The satisfaction did not meet the expected level of satisfaction.And then through the interview method and other training courses did not meet the expectations of the reasons for the reasons for the analysis.And on this basis,put forward the promotion strategy of online training curriculum satisfaction,mainly:focus on teaching links and improve the course content,enrich the curriculum form,strengthen the development of resource quality level design and management,strengthen the construction of counseling teachers,Mobile resource platform.
