Aim at the moral education exam in China,many provinces and cities having taken open-book examination as a new test form,in the year of 2016,Shenyang City also changed the traditional close-book exam mode and adopted the open-book exam for the first time at Liaoning province.This kind of exam evaluation form will bring a great influence on the teacher's adjustment of teaching strategies and teaching methods.This paper does focus on the area within the scope of Shenyang,Liaoning province,on the basis of the in-depth understanding over examination questions,I did a questionnaire on some teachers and 9th grade students of Shenyang,tried to explore some effective strategies that would be suitable to local moral character teaching,to help teachers and students gradually adapt to the new requirements of open-book examination.This paper consists of four parts:Part 1:Introduction.Mainly described the background and the significance of this subject,the current research status of both at home and abroad in this paper,the research features and also defined some related concepts.Part 2:Analyses on the moral education test paper of 2016,took exam questions as a main standard,illustrated the characteristics and specific question types of examination in detail,tried to summarize the mistakes which students will usually make while answering the questions.Part 3:Analysed the current teaching status of this class under the background of open-book exam form,presented the questionnaires and the analysis of 9th grade students' opinions over this reform,still interviewed many teachers from different schools,so that to summarize a series of problems that exist in the teaching process.Part 4:For investigation problems,focus on optimizing the strategies of junior high school moral character teaching.In this chapter,I started from four aspects:further understanding over the open-book examination form,deepen the thoughts of moral lessons' nature,change the teaching concepts of this subject,improve the teaching measures,and enhance the strain capacity over the new test form,in order to explore some suggestions to adjust teaching strategies for these teachers under the background of an open-book exam.
