Research On The Education Of College Students' Professional Values

Employment is the basis for people's livelihood.College students as the main force to promote the development of society,their employment problem has been concerned by society.Recently,it has become the significant social problem that it's difficult for graduates to get jobs.The reason is that,with the popularization of higher education,the number of graduates increases sharply.So college graduates turn from scarce resources to ordinary.The main reason,however,is the problem of college students' professional values.And the formation of college students' professional values is directly related to the education of professional values.What kind of career values will have what kind of career choice.“Elite” consciousness is still existence so that the students cannot understand employment situation correctly.Therefore,it appears a lot of problems during the process of university students' employment,which needs enhance college students' vocational values education and help them set up the correct career values.Based on lots of research on the basis of predecessors' research results as well as drawing on its research methods,the article elaborates college students' vocational values education and the meaning of it.Then This article clarifies the significance of the education of professional values for college students and the main educational content.According to the actual situation and the relevant information,the article analyzes the current problems of the existence of college students' career values education.And based on this,the article proposes the measures to correspond vocational values education,in order to help students establish correct occupational values as well as promoting their employment smoothly.The article is divided into four parts.The first part explains the college students' career values and career values education.In addition,it analyzes the important significance of college students' career values education.On the one hand,to strengthen college students' vocational values education if benefit to further enrich the content of moral education in universities.On the other hand,it's also benefit to enhance college students' learning initiative to keep up with the changes of times,to meet the needs of social development and to help college student achieve the employment goals smoothly.The second part illustrates the main content of college students' vocational values education,cultivating and practicing the core values of Chinese socialism;cultivating students' professional quality of servicing people and respecting their jobs;cultivating students' correct view of employment outlook,choosing profession and entrepreneur;guiding students to design career and promote employment smoothly.The third part analyzes the main problem of college students' vocational values education and college students' vocational values.Due to the education of college students' vocational values is unclear,and the content of college students' vocational values education is conservative,and the educational methods are lacking in relevance,the college students is not clear about the professional values,blind pursuit of high wages,employment attitude is not active,weak sense of devotion,lack of integrity and other issues.The fourth part aims at solving the problems existing in the college students' vocational values.The article puts forward four sorts of countermeasures to strengthen college students' vocational values education.The first solution is studying the formative law of vocational values.The second solution is setting up the correct concept of professional values education.The third solution is coordinating the education between society and school.The fourth solution is innovating the ways of vocational values education.
