Under the background of the rapid development of modern society and economy,employers have put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of employees in various positions,which requires that vocational schools must strengthen the cultivation of students 'vocational design ability in the process of continuous development.Gradually enhance students 'ability to engage in employment and entrepreneurship.Therefore,the secondary vocational school should formulate the syllabus according to the goal of educating people,closely combine the actual needs of social development,and train more high-quality talents for the development of modern society.However,at present,some middle vocational schools have played down the training of students 'vocational design ability in the process of development,resulting in the difficulty for middle vocational students to adapt to the needs of modern economic and social development.The employment rate is low and the salary is low.In view of these problems,secondary vocational schools should be based on social development,pay attention to cultivating the vocational design ability of middle vocational students,and help students learn to plan their own growing career.The moral education course of secondary vocational school is an important platform for improving students 'vocational design ability.The vocational design ability of middle school students is enhanced by innovating the teaching method and teaching process of moral education course.The first chapter of this paper is mainly through the selection of this topic to carry out research significance,the main methods of research,literature review and the background of the selection of the topic.In the second chapter mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Zhoushan Vocational and Technical College in cultivating vocational design ability of middle school students.The third chapter is mainly about the theory of moral education to cultivate vocational design ability.The fourth chapter is based on the strategy put forward by Zhoushan Vocational and Technical School in cultivating vocational design ability of middle school students.
