The twenty-first Century.is a full opening of the century. This is a "the only constant is change"in such a century. On adolescent stress adaptation ability in primary and secondary education at home and abroad have carried out in the discipline of sports psychology in experiential education is obvious. With its own unique charm attracts many young people eager to participate. I hope that through this experiment proved that the experience of stress type your ability to adapt education to the young people also have a great impact, and good adaptability to stress not only helps teenagers to better self-regulation, enhance the ability to adapt to society, and more Can make people better living in a modern society to play their own roles. Also called for more schools, families actively adopt experiential education methods.In this thesis, experiment, literature, measurement, data statistics, field trips law exploratory experiential education into adolescent stress can adapt educational activities, prior to the experiment, by himself from the camp, in the summer remedial classes ability to adapt to stress test the basic situation of each selected 100 students, their age, physical similarity, the same gender distribution. Wherein camp 100 students in the experimental group, cultural studies, remedial classes for 100 students in the control group. After two members of the OK, the ability to adapt to stress test conducted before the experiment, two groups of students and other training after the second stress test the ability to adapt, and finally the two sets of results were analyzed. Through the experimental and control groups before the experiment, after the data comparison after the end of the experiment contrast, the following conclusions:1? the so-called stress adaptation capacity refers to people in order to survive in the society better and the corresponding excitation source of psychological, physiological and behavior of various adaptive changes to a harmonious state of body and mind of an executive ability to adapt. This ability often from cognitive evaluation, emotional regulation skills, the five aspects of the behavior control ability, seek knowledge and ability and the ability of self defense and to reflect;2? Experimental research shows that experience education in improving adolescent stress adaptive capacity has significant effect, which participate in the experience of training of adolescents in ability to solve the self cognitive evaluation, to seek support ability, self defense ability three aspects are significant changes; emotion regulation and control force the two produced obvious effect;3? from the experiential education and training of adolescent self cognitive ability evaluation effect can be seen that the experiential education and training in improving the young people to adapt to the new environment, to participate in the collective activities of the effect is very obvious; also in improving the young people to seek support ability, such as self acceptance, to talk to others is very obvious; in improving the ability of self defense for the youth, such as accidents, tolerance, ability to self comfort, emotional transfer also has a very significant effect.
