| The family is the child’s first classroom,the parents are the child’s first teacher.The family education work is carried out is related to the children’s lifelong development,the vital interests of thousands of families and the future of the country and the nation.Parent-child education is an important and fast way to improve parents’ educational skills.However,at present,there are many problems in parent-child education in China.The most important aspect is that the traditional indoctrinated teaching mode is mainly adopted in the current parent training courses,and the parent training effect is poor.Compared with the traditional parental training mode,experiential teaching embodies its powerful functions.Therefore,this paper intends to make an in-depth analysis of the application effect of experiential teaching mode in parent training courses.This article is based on positive discipline of parents of a preschool education training institutions training course of research,analysis of parents in the process of training experience type teaching implementation of the status quo,show their results,reveals the main problems and causes,and further improve the experience type teaching,improving the quality of preschool education stage parents training advice.(1)The training institutions should be designed experiential activities suitable for Chinese parents;(2)The training institution shall be taught students in accordance with their aptitude according to the characteristics of parents and students;(3)The training institutions should be improved the professional quality of training instructors;(4)The training institutions should be paid attention to the feedback of parents and students. |
