This article is based on history course, and research the Dulangkou middle school’s teaching reflection.The main content is divided into three chapters.The first chapter analyses the reasons of the Dulangkou middle school implementing teaching reflection. First of all, the country began to promote the basic education curriculum reform and teachers required to carry out teaching reflection from 2001;Secondly, for Dulangkou middle school, teaching reflection is the need of teachers for grow together, which is a strong measure to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers’ curriculum reform, it is advantageous to supervise for teachers’ work efficiency and make the implementation of the overall goal. therefore, it is became the important guarantee of development course of Dulangkou middle school.The second chapter discusses the Dulangkou middle school, which include teaching reflection content, type and operation method. The teaching reflection contents of Dulangkou middle school have a three aspects, which include the design of teaching content and teaching reflection, teachers and students class reflection, regular class questions reflect. Reflection type is divided into four categories, which is a reflection, the discipline group listen to the teacher evaluation to the teacher in charge to reflect, the teacher evaluation reflection, teacher reflection board. Operating method is mainly to the operation of the above four types of teaching reflection process more detailed information and analyzed respectively.The third chapter summarizes the teaching reflection effect of Dulangkou middle school. From the aspects of teachers, teaching reflection greatly promote the development of the teachers’ professional level and personal qualities of ascension; From the students’ level, the result of teaching reflection is to make students becoming the biggest beneficiary of Dulangkou of middle school, students as a whole have formed a habit of autonomous learning, improve the ability of autonomous management, cultivate the ability of cooperation and communication; From the school level, teaching reflection improve the quality of teaching, at the same time, it is also built a good culture atmosphere in school, which expand the social influence of the school.Therefore, Learning reflection is a powerful measures to promote curriculum reform, and it is an important guarantee to improve the quality of school education teaching, only persistence and truly implement can promote the development of the school and the progress of education reform.
