With the development of society and economy, education will keep up with the progress. In the century, the eighth education curriculum reform starts. The basic education curriculum reform is the comprehensive overall reform. It is a historic inevitably choice to promote the quality education. It is an extensive and in-depth fundamental education activity. It is a new platform to improve teachers’ professional growth and enhance the overall quality of students, especially innovative spirit and practice ability in an effective way. It will have significant influence on the entire education in China.The new curriculum shows strong vitality but also has some conflict with existing concept, and restricts the further promotion of the new curriculum. In these constraints,the reform of teaching administration is an important task. New curriculum reform proposes new challenges and requires to teaching administration in primary and secondary. It is worthy of study how effectively reform teaching administration in order to better promote the implementation of new curriculum. We should see new curriculum reform also points out the direction and goals of reform.This paper is based on the New Curriculum Reform to research teaching administration. The reform of teaching administration will divide into five aspects:teaching ideas administration, teaching organization administration, the quality of teaching administration, teaching routine administration, teaching reform of system management, and Dulangkou middle school will be studied as a case, by analyzing existing problems deeply, summarizing the measures and achievements about the reform of teaching administration. The paper finally puts forward revelation to primary and secondary school about the reform of teaching administration under the background of New Curriculum Reform to provide some basis for effective research of innovating teaching management, improving teaching quality and levels, and promoting construction of school management.
