In the social context of multi-ethnic and multi-culture, the teachers in normal colleges for nationalities are different from the teachers in ordinary colleges on the development of teacher's professional skill, which not only have their own characteristics, but also have similarity with other teachers in general institutions.How to study the particularity of professional skill development, under the guidance of universality, is the key point that our teachers in normal colleges for nationalities have to deal with. Therefore, the study applies to the coexistence and development of multicultural, so the national normal university under the multicultural perspective is necessary to the study of teacher's professional growth.In this paper, a national universities in Gui Zhou province as the research object, studying the professional growth of national normal university teachers. First, through the consult literature summary the relevant theoretical research, and analysis the similarities and differences of teacher's professional development, put forward the special connotation of national normal university teachers' professional development and special quality requirements. For the national teachers' universities and colleges of the interview method adopted to study the multicultural horizon, related questions of national normal university teachers' professional development in-depth interviews. In order to understand the current situation of national normal university teachers' professional development research, found the problem reason finally puts forward countermeasures.There are five parts of this study. The first part is an introduction which describes the research background, purpose and significance. The second part is the connotation of teachers'professional development in normal universities ethnic multicultural perspective, which is the core of this paper. Comparing with the difference between teachers in normal colleges for nationalities and in general colleges can be achieved. At last, the connotation, aims and special requirements of teachers' professional development are concluded. The third part consists of status study aiming at teachers in normal colleges for nationalities in the view of multiculturalism, and is the conclusion for the above findings.
