Vocational education is an important part of modern national education system, and it is also the product of social development. Especially after the implementation of the "11th Five-Year" plan, vocational education plays a more important role in the strategy of developing the country through science and education. In the course of the state to promote the development of vocational education actively, vocational schools at various levels began to explore actively, and strive to do the characteristics and the level of vocational education. Although the education system and teaching model of vocational education in china continue to be innovative and exploration insistently, and have achieved some effect, but the vocational school is still in traditional teaching methods and models occupy the dominant position, focusing on the one-way transmission of knowledge and skills, ignoring the student's subjective role. The student is no longer an active construction of knowledge, and be killed the learning enthusiasm gradually, distorted the meaning and value of learning. Therefore, vocational schools need to explore new modes of education, and improve teaching methods. With the wide application of information technology came into being, the Flipped classroom teaching mode has emerged.The paper on the basis of analysis of domestic and foreign literature research, according to the present status of secondary vocational school mathematics teaching, combined with the mastery learning theory, constructivism learning theory, blended learning theory, recent development theory and the learning effectiveness of the pyramid theory as the flipped classroom teaching theoretical basis, the author also constructs the conforms to the basic framework of mathematics teaching secondary mathematics classroom. Let the flipped classroom teaching mode in secondary vocational schools to realize "localization". In addition, in order to create the teaching framework, the design of teaching activities, respectively, in the experimental class and ordinary class to take different teaching models, teaching practice, and to test the actual teaching effect.After the flipped classroom teaching practice, the students began to have a knowledge tests and questionnaire survey and interviews, the author found the implementation of flipped classroom teaching mode in the secondary vocational school mathematics classroom is not only necessary, but also can achieve remarkable teaching effect. Mainly for the flipped classroom teaching mode can enhance students' subject consciousness, active classroom atmosphere, improve the ability of knowledge application and promote the improvement of secondary vocational mathematics teachers professional skills. In addition, the author according to own experience, class observation and interview, put forward some problems still exists in the mathematics flipped classroom of secondary vocational school, and provides recommendations for future researchers and secondary vocational school teachers.
