With the wide application of information technology came into being, the Flipped classroom teaching mode has emerged.The paper on the basis of analysis of domestic and foreign literature research, according to the present status of secondary vocational school mathematics teaching, combined with the mastery learning theory, constructivism learning theory, blended learning theory, recent development theory and the learning effectiveness of the pyramid theory as the flipped classroom teaching theoretical basis, the author also constructs the conforms to the basic framework of mathematics teaching secondary mathematics classroom. Let the flipped classroom teaching mode in secondary vocational schools to realize "localization".
