With advances in science and technology,society also enhances unceasingly to the requirement of high-quality talent,as a qualified high-quality talent,in addition to have a solid theoretical foundation,must have excellent professional skills.Colleges and universities is to cultivate high-quality talents important bases,in order to meet the needs of society,colleges and universities on the software,need to have excellent teaching team bring students to enrich the theory of knowledge,the hardware,is to build a modern experimental bases to improve students' practical ability,the chemistry laboratory in colleges and universities are an important part of the training base of university experiment.It is the teachers and students in science and engineering to complete the important place of chemical teaching and scientific research task.Due to the teaching and scientific research,often involves inflammable and explosive toxic dangerous goods,there is a big security hidden danger,make the chemistry lab change as a double-edged sword exists in colleges and universities,is the birthplace of the teaching scientific research,and high rates of chemical accidents.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of college chemistry laboratory safety accident,blood general fact is a wake-up call for people,Laboratory safety problems by more and more attention.This article first through a lot of literature survey and data collection methods,the system summary of risk evaluation system at home and abroad,on the basis of relevant research results,according to the standard stipulated in the relevant domestic laws,according to the operation management characteristics existing in the chemical laboratory of university,find out the hidden trouble in security laboratory,follow the principle of sufficiency,adaptability,pertinence and rationality,choose suitable risk assessment method,qualitative quantitative analysis in laboratory hidden danger,it is concluded that the final evaluation results,and from the perspective of laboratory safety management,to eliminate potential safety hazard,provide the feasible measures.In this study through the risk assessment method(LEC)operation condition and the inflammable and explosive toxic major hazards evaluation method,build the risk evaluation model in the chemistry lab,through the model the first laboratory hazards from the possibility of an accident or dangerous events,the frequency of the exposed to dangerous environment,accident or dangerous events the likely outcome of this three aspects carries on the preliminary qualitative analysis,and then on the basis of determine the risk level and controlled laboratory reality risk level,risk,quantify laboratory to develop the basis of the experiment provide effective security measures.This study also used to evaluate the model atomic absorption from a university laboratory,find out the risk of its existence,and according to the specific condition of laboratory,established is suitable for the laboratory laboratory safety management evaluation index system,make evaluation results more close to the laboratory reality.According to the evaluation results using the theory of safety management,put forward corrective actions for the laboratory,and college chemistry lab risk assessment for the future research were discussed.
