Research On The Risk Assessment Index System Of Physical Education Teaching In Ordinary Colleges And Universities

The construction of risk assessment index system of physical education in colleges and universities is of great significance to the improvement of college students' physical quality ability and the guarantee of safe teaching in physical education.Through referring to relevant literature,we have learned that in recent years,physical education teaching accidents in colleges and universities occur from time to time,which not only brings great sorrow to students and parents,but also creates a certain teaching shadow for physical education teachers,and at the same time causes huge teaching pressure to the school and affects the normal teaching order.Therefore,this paper,through the method of literature,interview and Delphi method and other research methods,carries on the quantitative assessment of the teaching risk of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities,and builds the assessment index system of the teaching risk of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities,which provides some basis for the physical education teachers to avoid and reduce the teaching risk in the teaching.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.From the perspective of law,the teaching risk of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities can be divided into school responsibility risk,teacher responsibility risk and student responsibility risk.2.The risk assessment index system of physical education teaching in ordinary colleges and universities is constructed,among which three first-level indexes and weight coefficients are school factor 0.20,teacher factor 0.40 and student factor 0.20respectively;The 10 secondary indexes and weight coefficients are rules and regulations 0.11,hardware facilities 0.35,duty of care 0.19,site equipment management 0.35,occupational obligation 0.14,safety awareness 0.57,operation behavior 0.29,knowledge reserve 0.14,physical quality 0.43 and sports behavior 0.43.There are 41 third-level indicators and weight coefficients constructed based on second-level indicators.3.Ordinary university physical teaching in 41 three-level indicators of risk assessment,the weight of total ranking in the top 10 were not in time to stop students do dangerous actions,to hide their own special physical fitness,sports facilities and equipment are significant security hidden danger and did not take timely measures,did not inform when teaching students attention,beyond their ability to do or high strength difficult movements,the damaged site not timely maintenance,failure in use process,improper emergency severe consequences,poor self-regulation,sports venues,facilities and equipment maintenance management,Among them,the site damage is not repaired in time and the fault occurs in the process of use are in no particular order.
