Analysis Of The Dilemma Of Students In Secondary Vocational Schools

The education of vocational school is an important part of the education system.The secondary vocational school is also very important to the whole vocational school system.Medium occupation school is responsible for cultivating talents for the society and market countries attach great importance to development of occupation education occupation education development in developed and promulgated many preferential policies.China's rapid economic development,the urgent need for a large number of skilled personnel,and as the training of skilled personnel in the main units,vocational schools are caught in the source of difficulties.The number of students in secondary vocational schools decreased year by year,the quality of students is getting worse,but also facing the sharp loss of students situation.The plight of the students restricts the sustainable development of the whole secondary vocational education.If we do not expect a strategy to solve this dilemma,the road of secondary vocational education will go narrower and narrower,and finally go to the end.This paper takes the Dalian vocational school as the research object,takes Dalian Tourism School as an example,analysis the main problems,the causes of the problems and the methods to solve the problems in the secondary vocational school students.The first chapter is about the introduction,explain the reasons for the problem,define the relevant concepts,and summarize the problems of the vocational schools at home and abroad,and put forward the research methods.The second chapter systematically analyzes the problems existing in the secondary vocational school students.Chapter 3 is a systematic analysis of the causes of the problem.The fourth chapter is about the problems and causes of the corresponding strategies and solutions.Chapter 5 summarizes the full text.This paper uses the literature method,the questionnaire method and the interview method,all-round and multi-angle analysis of the plight of the students in the vocational school.
