A Research On The Situation Of The Enrollment In The Secondary Vocational Schools In Jiangxi

Secondary vocational education is an important component of vocationaleducation, an important force in promoting social progress.In recent years,with therapid development of economy of Jiangxi province,a large number of skilled talentsare seriously needed,however,the secondary vocational schools are facing the problemof recruiting students.The problem has resteicted the sustainble development ofsecondary vocational education,and influences the long-time goals of constructingof“rich,harmonious and beautiful Jiangxi ".Therefore,it’s necessary to study the presentsituation of recruiting students of secondary vocational schools,analyze the causes,andseek the solutions.Taking the secondary vocational schools of Jiangxi province as the research object,through the survey interviews，analyze the situation of student enrollment in secondaryvocational school,the causes and the solutions.The first chapter puts forward thebackground of the topic,the purpose and the significance,and introduces the researchideas and methods. The second chapter expounds the concept and the theoretical basis.The third chapter profoundly analyze the present situation of student number andquslity, conditions of the students′studying and Living and the teachers’ livingconditions,etc.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of secondary vocational schoolstudent enrollment.The fifth chapter proposes some solutions,throuth the educationalconcept,the regulatory and investment of government, self-construction of the schooland family education. The sixth chapter summarize the paper,and proposes thedirection of secondary vocational education.
