With the advancement of education system reform in our country,and transfer the function of the competent administrative department for education,innovation education management methods,innovative talent training system become a priority of the current reform of education system in our country.The executive branch of education,through the reform of the course system,updates the idea of talent cultivation and raises the level of talent cultivation.In July 2010,the comprehensive deployment of the state council to implement the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020),"planning" depicts the development blueprint for 10 years of education reform in our country,and clearly pointed out that strengthen quality-oriented education reform,the reform of compulsory education balanced development of the major initiatives.The outline is an outline document for the reform of the education system in the new century,which has contributed greatly to the reform of China's curriculum system.This article through to the "1 + X" physical education curriculum research,not only help the physical education curriculum reform,and reform and innovation of course system of our country has important strategic significance.This study to the "1 + X" physical education curriculum as the breakthrough point,through using the method of literature,survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,expert interviews and other research methods,by choosing "1 + X" demonstration of the school physical education curriculum grade five of the walled town da-zhai inter-school students experimental group and control group each 30,a total of 60 students as the subjects,explore the "1 + X" physical education curriculum on the influence factors of students' physical quality development.This research mainly revolves around the following questions: first,reveal the concrete connotation of "1 + X" physical education curriculum,the comparative analysis of "1 + X" and the traditional physical education curriculum of physical education curriculum for students' physical quality development differentfunctions;Secondly,this paper discusses the influence of "1 + X" physical education curriculum on students' physical quality level,and carries out relevant experimental research according to relevant factors.Through the consideration of the above problems,this article from the "1 + X" physical education curriculum's influence on the development of students' physical quality,so as to complete the "1 + X" physical education curriculum experiment to the development of students' body quality.The results of experiments on the students' physical quality in the "1 + X" sports course in puyang county showed that:1.the upper body strength: left and right hand grip strength before and after the experiment do not have significant difference,but the experimental group left and right hand grip strength growth than the control group,and the experimental group in narrowing the gap between the left and right hand grip,while the control group no change;2.Speed: the experimental group showed significant difference before and after the experiment,while the control group showed no significant difference.3.Endurance: the experimental group was significantly different;the control group was significantly different;4.Sensitive quality: the experimental group showed significant difference in the sensitivity of movement and the sensitivity of small scale,while the control group showed no significant difference.5.flexibility: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,but the experimental group had a large change before and after the experiment.6.Dynamic and static balance: the experimental group has significant changes,and the balance of left and right feet in the static aspect shrinks;The control group had no significant difference;7.by observing the students in the course of "1 + X" sports participation,found "1 + X" physical education curriculum for active sports classroom atmosphere,cultivate students' interest in playing sports.
