The Group Work Involved In The Study Of Health Education For The Elderly In Urban Communities

Old people after physiology will increase with age and occurrence of specific changes,ability of body's various organs or systems gradually lose self-renewal is the biology of aging.But due to physical aging and social role,the external environment change,then it will cause a series of psychological changes with the times.Progress,the health of the elderly has become the focus of social problems.Focus on the elderly healthy and active aging problem is increasingly paid attention to by people.In order to better serve the elderly,improve the health level of the elderly community health education,community health education came into being.But the moment is not completely full meet the needs of the elderly.Therefore,the research on team work of the professional and scientific,the intervention of health education to the problems of the elderly,the elderly to promote health awareness,help them learn to protect health knowledge,so can achieve the physiological and psychological health state,improve the quality of life.This research mainly focuses on the theme of “health education for the elderly in community”,comprehensive learning to use professional theoretical knowledge and practical experience,combined with questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature research and participant observation method,preliminary investigation and analysis of practice,in practice,post evaluation and summary.First of all,this research through the questionnaire,interview,investigation on the health status of the elderly in the community,understand the need of health condition of the elderly and the problems of the elderly,understand the community health education at present and the lack of experience.On this basis,the author summarizes the main demand of health education for the elderly: including disease preventive rehabilitation needs health care needs and disease,health needs and spiritual needs.Secondly,above the needs of the elderly,based on physical condition,psychological characteristics and other factors,the relative health of elderly people in the community and focus on seniors with diabetes,targeted to carry out pre disease respectively.Anti diabetes education and rehabilitation support based group practice.Finally,through the evaluation of specific group work practice process analysis,and confirmed the effect of group work in elderly health education in the role,and finallyto the whole process of practice are summarized and reflection.Discusses the intervention work made by the elderly in the community the health education of the harvest,also reflect a lack of practice in the process,and finally put forward the group work in health education intervention in the elderly in the community,to meet the new idea of health education needs of older people.
