| In a one-hundred year strategy of a nation,education is the most important basic.Education in our country advocates people-oriented,student-centered,cultivating all-round talents and making every student have democratic equality.So that,each student’s personality can be fully developed.However,in the current education system,most schools still adopt the exam-oriented education.Thus,the quality education did not get the actual implementation,resulting in a part of the students did not meet the requirements of the curriculum standards.Finally,they become the so-called students with learning difficulties.As a physics teacher,we have responsibility to help the students overcome difficulties in physical learning,and build self-confidence.The studies found that students with learning difficulties in the process of formation,except for intelligence factors,the non-intellectual factors also play a role that we can’t be ignored.Accordingly,through analyzing the characteristics of non-intelligence factors of students with LDs,trying to study the transformation of student by the appreciation education.For that,we can achieve the positive conversion of poor students’ non intellectual factors,and improve their academic level.In the course of the study,firstly,a questionnaire was conducted for the students with LDs from four classes at the internship school.The aim is to understand the situation of their non intelligence factors and feedback on teacher’s evaluation in physics learning.On the basis of this,analyzing the mechanism and principle in the transformation of junior middle school students with LDs.This paper further puts forward the corresponding transformation strategies.That is,On the basis of love,cultivate the emotions between teachers and students;Discover the bright spots,and appreciate the students with LDs;Use appreciative evaluation wisely;Digging appreciation factors,and build the platform for appreciation;Hierarchical or classified implementation of appreciation education;Individual counseling and reasonable use of physical results to motivate students;Give play to the role of recognition model demonstration;Educational efforts of joint classes,parents and classroom teachers.Then,put up class control experiment,the appreciation educationShanghai Normal University Master of Philosophy Abstract strategies was applied to teaching practice.According to the experiment before and after the students’ physical performance and analysis of the questionnaire,finding that the appreciation education into effect for physics students’ non intellectual factors,such as interest in learning,self-confidence and other aspects of great influence.But under the influence of various factors,the students’ learning achievement has not been significantly improved.Visible,the transformation of physical poor student is a long and complicated process,we need to persevere persist.The research not only further perfects the theory of the appreciation education,but also has a good guiding significance and reference value to solve the current problem of junior high school physics students with LDs. |
