In recent years,the media exposed the number of cases of being abused children increased year by year,and the victims tend to be younger and younger.The fact that children lack sexual education should be provided sexual education in school age has been widespread in the public.Due to the resistance of traditional culture,the lack of the scientific preparation of teaching materials,teaching methods and other reasons,we are still faced with significant trouble when sexual education is provided in primary schools.The primary school,S,began to develop the school-based curriculum of sexual education in 2000.And it took about 10 years to get a big success.The school-based curriculum of sexual education has achieved a good education effect and social effect,which sets a excellent model for other primary schools.My research classified the results obtained by other scholars from the perspective of school sexual education and the development of school-based curriculum by using the method of literature.Then I summarized the motivation and described the practice of the development of the school-based curriculum of sexual education,and sorted out the difficulties faced in the process of the development and introduced the related solutions by using the method of case study,interview and classroom observation method.On one hand,through the analysis of the above content,this research obtains the following enlightenment experience: adhering to the "people-oriented" philosophy of education,to enhance the consciousness of teachers in curriculum development,trying the experiential teaching mode in the other class,and application of teaching research on gender differences in other disciplines.On the other hand,through this research,I also found some problems in the current curriculum as following: the curriculum cannot take into account the individual differences of students' needs,the lack of timely feedback from the classroom,teaching material is not three-dimensional,and lack of necessary advanced education content.Corresponding to the above problems,I tried to put forward the following suggestions: firstly,try to combine the flipped classroom with the network courses;secondly,being assisted with family education and teachers' relying on the "Digital Classroom" for better grasping of timely feedback from the students;last but not the least,developing the tolerance of the mass to school sexual education by media.
