The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Community Education Development In Shandong Province

Community education is different from the general sense of education and is characterized by " whole process,whole people and all-round".It is an important part of lifelong education and also is an important way to create a learning society.In the late 1980 s,with the deepening of China's political system reform,economic system reform and education system reform,community education has gradually become a social problem in our country.In recent years,community education gradually receives the party and national attention as well as the social attention,and gained rapid development.Community education in Shandong Province started in 2001 in Ji'nan and Qingdao,and then developed in other cities.During the process of community education development in Shandong Province,some community education districts,such as Lixia District of Ji'nan,Sifang District and Chengyang District of Qingdao,have appeared and expanded continuously.Their development has a significant influence of Shandong province and the development of community education.Through the analysis of some communities and streets,we can understand the current situation of the overall development of community education in Shandong province.The development of community education in Shandong Province can effectively improve the quality of new citizens and new peasants,provide a new way for new urbanization construction;the participation of ordinary colleges and universities,TV universities,party and government organizations,public organizations and other organizations in community education in Shandong Province makes the main body of particpating community education tend to be diversity;China has entered an aging society in an all-round way.With the national emphasis on education for the elderly,community education for the elderly in Shandong Province carry out kinds of activities.To meet the diversification of learning needs of the elderly;community education in Shandong Province in brand building and characteristic project construction has also been developed in leaps and bounds.However,there are still some problems in the development of community education in Shandong Province,which are manifested in five aspects:low residents' participation,imperfection of the system,non-standard course construction,and inadequate security measures.Therefore,community education in the future development process should be committed to these aspects of improvement in Shandong province.
