The rapid development of computer network has caused a major change in the field of education.Network learning platform based on the virtual learning community has attracted more and more attention.The virtual learning community is different from other network platform.To form a self sense of belonging and identity of the learning community,it pays more attention to building a harmonious and equal environment and it makes mutual learning and mutual cooperation between members of the community.So how to establish an effective learning evaluation system to promote the better learning of the learners and mobilize the enthusiasm of the members of the community is a subject worthy of further study.The research status of the virtual learning community based on the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,qualitative research and quantitative research,empirical research and other research methods,according to the characteristics and the existing learning assessment model of the virtual learning community,the integrated virtual learning community had research teachers designed the virtual learning community,learning evaluation system,and the virtual learning community learning evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation index system of "learning to use and design of learning science and technology" course,the validity and reliability of the data of the test,to ensure the scientific,reasonable and workable evaluation methods,the experimental results show that the the evaluation method of community members in learning method,emotion and attitude and ability has played a certain promotion effect.Chapter 1 introduction.Specifically elaborated the selected topic backg round and the meaning of the topic.To made a detailed analysis of present situation of the research at home and abroad,summed up the shortage of the existing research both at home and abroad,to lay the foundation for this study.Finally summarized the research contents and research methods,this study of logic thinking combed and summarized.Chapter 2 learning evaluation in the virtual learning community under the related resolution.First of all,summarizes the connotation and characteristics of virtual learning community.Secondly,from the perspective of learning evaluation in detail analyzed the virtual learning community learning evaluation meaning,purpose,the main body.Finally,this paper expounds the virtual learning community construct the theoretical basis of learning evaluation,provide theoretical support for the development of this research.Chapter 3 study of evaluation index system of constructing virtual learning community.Learning evaluation index,mainly from the design to determine evaluation index weights,the learning evaluation gauge three aspects to build evaluation index system of virtual learning community.According to the characteristics of the virtual learning community,and network learning evaluation system of research,put forward the construction of evaluation index system of virtual learning community research train of thought,the final decision from the aspects of individual and group has established the evaluation index of six class learning and 20 secondary indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficient of each index,and finally designed various learning evaluation index evaluation gauge.Chapter 4 the establishment of the virtual learning community learning evaluation mathematical model.After established the evaluation index system of virtual learning community need through the mathematical model of data to calculate.This chapter according to the virtual learning community has the characteristics of comprehensive and fuzzy evaluation,the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to build virtual learning community learning evaluation mathematical model and the concrete algorithm.Chapter 5 virtual learning community learning evaluation index system of empirical analysis.Selection of qufu normal university college of media education technology of online learning courses to study science and technology for empirical analysis.Chapter 6 summary and outlook.This part as the final chapter in this study,to summarize research results and research innovations,at the same time points out the research deficiency and the vision of the future.
