| Responsibility education is always the enduring theme in school education,and it’s also the inevitable requirement of the development of socialist market economy and globalization.However,in our real society,more and more moral issues appear.People lacking of awareness of their responsibility and the ability to fulfill the ability reflects the lack of school responsibility education.Our country has used the cramming method and sloganeering form of education for a long time.And these education forms ignore students’ initiative and motility.School education has become a mere formality and cannot cultivate students’ responsibility quality.Elementary school students are nation builders in the future,so it’s quite important for them to equip with a good quality.High-level graders in primary school are in the period of developing their self-awareness,moral idea and moral behaviors,thus,this is best opportunity to conduct the responsibility education.By referencing theoretical results of responsibility education at home and abroad,this essay aims at analyzing the problems exposed in responsibility education of high-level graders in primary school and then propose some suggestions,so that it can arouse the attention of education department of all levels,parents,social organization on primary school responsibility education and provide some useful thoughts for the practice of primary school responsibility.By investigation method and interviewing method,this essay analyzed and summarized the problems appeared in primary school responsibility.From the students’ questionnaires,we can see that students lack of awareness and the ability of exercising their responsibility to themselves,to the others,to their family,to our communities and to the environment.The teachers’ questionnaires reflect the following problem in school responsibility education:1,the school lacks of awareness of responsibility education:2,the contents of the education lacks systemic and pertinence;3,the responsibility education way is inflexible and lacks of scientific evaluation system;4,educators are not qualified and default in their work.Then,the author analyzed the causes of problems appeared in school responsibility education from three aspects:school,family and society.The author also proposed some suggestions which include the responsibility subject should strengthen the awareness of responsibility education;responsibility should be conducted by scientific school management and the contents and ways of implementations should be expanded;the school should be a bond of school education,family education and social education and plays its full role in educative resultant force. |
