The mathematics curriculum standard for compulsory education(2011 Edition)points out that the teaching of numbers and algebra should help students establish a sense of numbers,a sense of symbols and a sense of space,so that students can form a preliminary mathematical operation ability.The operation of number has always occupied a large proportion in the content of primary school mathematics curriculum.It runs through the whole primary school stage.With the increase of grade,the difficulty of operation knowledge is gradually increasing,and the requirements for students to master operation knowledge and skills are becoming higher and higher.Therefore,the teaching of mathematical operation is very important in the upper stage of primary school.In order to study the current situation of high-level mathematics operation teaching in primary schools,this paper adopts classroom observation and interview method to investigate ten mathematics teachers in high-level primary schools in j city,find out the teachers in the operation of teaching problems and their causes.Among them,the classroom observation of teachers is mainly investigated from three dimensions,namely student learning,teacher teaching and the nature of curriculum;the interview of teachers is mainly investigated from four dimensions,that is to say,teachers should cultivate students' interest in calculation,cultivate students' habit of calculation,arrange their knowledge of calculation and train their skills.Through the investigation,the author found that there are some problems such as poor training effect of teachers' interest in operation,lack of attention to the cultivation of students' habit of operation,unsatisfactory teaching situation of operation knowledge and insufficient training of students' operation skills.Through further research,the following four reasons are found: first,teachers' lack of understanding of the cultivation method of operational interest;Second,teachers' lack effective training methods of operational habits;Thirdly,teachers' teaching methods of operational knowledge are inappropriate.Fourth,teachers' lack the awareness of training students' operational skills.In view of the above reasons,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies: one is to cultivate students' interest in operation from various aspects;The second is to train students' computing habits reasonably and effectively;Third,innovate the teaching method of operation;Fourth,diversified operation skills training.
