Since the beginning of the 21st century,the speed and scale of the development of higher education have been increasing at a rapid rate,and the society and higher education itself have continuously put forward higher demands.In order to find a new growth point of the development of higher education,scholars from all fields are actively studying.Young teachers,who are an important component of higher education organizations,have a significant influence on the scale of the development of higher education in terms of their personal qualities and developing speed.As a consequence,this paper is mainly based on the current situation of the academic development of young teachers in colleges and universities to explore new ideas for the academic management development of young teachers.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which illustrates the research background,the research significance,present situation of the domestic and foreign research,the research method and the innovation of this article.The second part introduces the training mode of academic development of college teachers under the new environment,the dilemma and challenges that young teachers face in academic development and the relevant theoretical basis.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of the young teachers’ academic development in the new environment.The author employs structured interview to investigate the present situation of the academic development training mode and realistic predicament of young teachers,which are explained specifically.The fourth part makes an analysis of the problems and causes of the academic development of college young teachers under the new circumstance,which is based on the survey data and the interviewing method.The fifth part is to discuss the strategy of academic development of young teachers in the new environment,in order to better promote the development of self-academic capacity of young teachers,and to provide suggestions from viewpoints of system and organization so as to alleviate the current dilemma for young teachers in academy and teaching.This study hopes to give some practical measures and suggestions to young teachers,schools and government agencies.This paper argues that to improve the situation of "academic difficulties" of young teachers in colleges and universities,we should start from the interior and exterior aspects.From the interior aspect,as far as young teachers themselves,they should properly handle the contradictions between the age,family and career,adjust their attitude,and enhance their psychological ability and self-healing ability to face work and family with a positive attitude.From the exterior aspect,it involves academic governance.There are two governance bodies,they are university and government.In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of young teachers,the design and implementation of academic resource allocation should be more inclined to humanization and actualization,and be more favorable to the young teachers proportionally.In terms of fairness and efficiency,the government should design the matching resource allocation policy and perfect the policy implementation,to make it fair and open,thus making the implementation of policy more transparent,and promoting the academic development of young teachers,so that higher education can develop with high quality and efficiency.
