In recent years,China has greatly improved its standing in the world,and the Chinese language as a carrier of Chinese culture has set off a global boom.As China's neighbor,South Korea is also deeply influence this boom,More and more Koreans are beginning to value Chinese and learn Chinese,Korean universities,primary and secondary schools,even kindergartens are offering mandarin lessons.In order to meet the growing demand for Chinese teachers in Korea,the governments of China and South Korea signed the CPIK(Chinese program in Korea)project,Every year China send a certain number of Chinese volunteer teachers to teach in different areas of South Korea The author of this article was fortunate to have a year of Chinese teaching in two high schools in South Korea and through a year of Chinese language teaching knowing something about Chinese language teaching situation of Jeollanam-do.Therefore,try to analyze the problem of Chinese teaching in Jeollanam-do and find the ways to solve this situation.Hope to help CPIK project goes well.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research review and research methods.The second part is the general introduction of Chinese language teaching in the high schools in Jeollanam-do.The third part is to introduce the situation of Chinese language teaching in Mokpo Hyein Girls school and Mokpo Deogin high school including school situation,students situation,cooperation teaching.The fourth part is a summary of the findings of the survey of volunteer teachers and students.The fifth part is solution to the problem about schools,teachers,students and textbook.The sixth part summarizes the main content,innovation and shortcomings of the thesis.
