Research On Post-employment Management Of Secondary Vocational Students Based On Effective Employment

Vocational education has the important responsibility of cultivating diverse talents,inheriting technical skills and promoting employment and entrepreneurship?Practical teaching is an indispensable part in the process of personnel training in Vocational education?However,In the field of vocational education,post practice is an important form of practice teaching in secondary vocational schools,accounting for 1/3 of the teaching hours.Secondary vocational school graduates are just becoming the adult and lacking of the social experience,as young as they are.Post practice turns into Effective student employment,after the end of the internship.They can sign the employment agreement with the employer.For the students personally,they can become profesional employees within he assistance of the school.At the sme time,they can get internship wages,and therefor reducing the cost and risk for job seeking.In this paper,under the framework of comprehensive quality management theory,it took post practice internship management in GuangZhou Baiyun Xingzhi OccupationTechnical School as an example.From the angle of school management,this paper focused on poor post working stability of students' work,low successful hiring rate of post practice enterprises,low degree of coordination with enterprises,using the PDCA cycle management mode.Also,this paper tried analyzing the factors influencing the successful transformation of post practice between students,internship enterprise and school,with the literature and questionnaire.It concluded that a whole post practice management cycle contained three stages,ready for internship,interim promotion internship,post practice management.According to the planning,implementaiton,inspection and handling stages,this paper tried to establish the corresponding circulation management mode of post practice in secondary vocational school students,in order to pursuit of maximizing the benefits of management in post practice and the more effective employment of students.
