| Junior high school ideological and moral lessons include mental health,morality,law,national conditions,etc..As an important part of Ideological and moral lessons,to play its due role in the classroom teaching,students' moral practice,enrich the students' emotional experience,perceive and understand the requirements of the value of the law,and gradually form a good legal quality.This paper makes a systematic collation and analysis of the contents of legal education in moral lessons in junior high school,content characteristics,classroom teaching of legal education in the implementation of legal education and the significance of suitable teaching methods are elaborated.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,the author makes a comparative study on the content,significance,problems and Countermeasures of legal education.Secondly,it defines the two main concepts of legal education and ideological and moral education in junior middle school.The second part of the ideological and moral lessons in junior high school legal education.The first is to help students master the basic knowledge of law;secondly,to cultivate students' moral quality based on legal consciousness;third,to promote students' ability to seek legal help.The third part of the junior high school ideological and moral education content of the characteristics of the legal system analysis.The first section of the contents of legal education in Ideological and moral education;second is closely related to the case of middle school students and legal education in life;finally is to cultivate the legal education into Ideological and moral.The fourth part is the teaching methods of legal education in the ideological and moral lesson in junior middle school.Based on the author's practice of legal education,this paper introduces two commonly used teaching methods,that is,case teaching method and activity teaching method. |
