Developing the curriculum standard based on the core literacy has became the international trend,Taiwan area in our country has carried out the research about core literacy and has built 12 years basic education curriculum system based on the core literacy,at present revision of curriculum standard based on the core literacy in our country is also on the agenda.Education in both sides of the strait has many similarities,we can learn from each other.Therefore,the comparative study of the elementary mathematics curriculum standard across the Taiwan straits,has a certain theoretical and practical significance.The elementary mathematics curriculum standard as the programmatic document of elementary mathematics education,holds an important place in the basic education course.Objects of comparison in this article are the mathematics curriculum standards of the compulsory education(2011 edition)(primary stage)in our country and the national basic education mathematics course outline of twelve years(draft)((primary stage)based on the core literacy at Taiwan region.This paper has adopted the literature study method and the comparison method.Through the literature review in order to understand the current situation and deficiencies,this paper has comparised the basic framework,division of learning period,curriculum ideas,curriculum goal,curriculum content and the requirements of the implementation,to discover the similarities and differences and provide advices for revision of the elementary mathematics curriculum standard in our country.The paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the research origin,research purposes and meaning,research contents,the core concept definition,research methods.The second chapter is literature review,combing the literature about the direct and related research in order to understand the present situation and deficiencies.The third chapter summarizes background and process of formation of the texts,to lay a foundation for the comparative analysis.The fourth chapter is the whole comparison of the text,including the comparison of overall framework,division of period,curriculum ideas,curriculum goal.The fifth chapter is the specific comparison of all parts of the content of the course,including overall comparison of course content,comparison of "number and algebra",comparison of "graphics and geometric ",comparison of " statistics and probability ",comparison of "comprehensive and practice".The sixth chapter is the comparison of implementation requirement,to find the similarities and differences about teaching,assessment,textbook compilation and use of curriculum resources.Chapter vii is enlightenments of comparison to revise the elementary mathematics curriculum standard in our country,based on the similarities and differences : The first is to broaden the course objectives,infiltrating interdisciplinary accomplishment;The second is to rich design of course content,to be understood and grasped easily;The third is to strengthen association among the mathematical knowledge,and between the mathematics knowledge and the development of the society;The fourth is to form a course handbook,strengthening the implementation of curriculum standard.
