Research On The Innovation And Development Of Sports Culture Industry In Shandong Province In The New Period

In 2015,the Shandong provincial government promulgated the implementation of the State Council "on accelerating the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption," the implementation of the views of the sports industry ushered in a new opportunity for development,is about to enter a new historical stage of development.Sports culture industry is an important part of the sports industry,the development of sports culture industry in Shandong Province to achieve the goal of sports industry has important historical significance.The research on the innovation and development of sports culture industry in Shandong province enriches its basic theory and provides important theoretical and practical value for the orderly development,healthy development and scientific management of sports culture industry in Shandong province.Innovation is the primary motility for development.At present,the study of sports culture industry is fasten on separate industry categories,function,status and development orientation,which have get remarkable achievements while research in the sports culture industry innovation and development is rare.Therefore,this article used the literature,questionnaire survey,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics and other methods,consulted the relevant government departments about the structure,size,layout,team,supply and demand,environment of sports culture industry and its influencing factors.Following conclusions are obtained:(1)Progress of Shandong's sport culture industry can be described as "gestate--sprout--bu-rgeon".The scale is ordinary and the structure is unbalanced.(2)With only a few part-time agency(which only exist in sport Ad industry,sports exhibition industry,sports competition industry etc.),Shandong's sports culture industry hasn't special government agencies.Shandong's sports culture industry has formed basic industry bases which are distributed common reasonable.Less communication of "Culture+sports",lack flexibility of industry model,sick irradiation effect are main problems of Shandong's sports culture industry.(3)Both the supply and demand of Shandong's culture sports industry cannot adopt marke-t demand.Lack of quality and quantity are predicaments.(4)main problem of Shandong's sports culture industry is unreasonable for management.Less communication of "Culture+sports",lack flexibility of industry model,sick irradiation effec-t are main problems of Shandong's sports culture industry.(5)Factors which influence the development of Shandong's sports culture industry are:management(22.145%),circumstance(19.806%),market(18.966%)and basis(16.082%).(6)The new stage puts new demand for the development of sports culture industry: size upthe basic demand of innovative development,industry's development,culture industry's innovative development and government's industry policy.(7)In the new stage,structures and circumstance should be development priory.Balance the advantage and disadvantage industries,set related regulations and laws,alive the sports market and play its decisive role.(8)Industrial distribution for Shandong's Sports Culture Industry should be programmed which means “district-circle-belt”,establish talents training system which means“government-school-market”,and the industrial basis has to be tamped which means building infrastructure and protect sports culture sources.(9)In the new stage,Shandong's Sports Culture industry should adjust industrial department which refers to add the specialized institution,balance department's function;regulate the relationship between supply and demand.Put the development channel at first,promote the revolution of supply side and enlarger the industry.
