In 2010,the State Council enacted the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development.Preschool education has achieved unprecedented development.Under the background of such a development,the teaching quality of preschool teachers is considered as a key factor in the reform and development of preschool education.In other words,Popularization of preschool education cannot be separated from a large number of qualified and even high-quality preschool teachers.Accordingly,the professional development of kindergarten teachers at the beginning of the job is becoming more and more prominent.Meanwhile,more and more attention has been paid to the educational administrative departments,scholars,experts and parents.However,as an indispensable part of Art Education,music education is no ground for blame in preschool education has a pivotal position.It is a pity that the vital position of music education in early childhood education has not received a universal attention of relevant departments and schools.Music education has the goal to support the harmonious development of children's personality and enrich the children's emotion and aesthetic experience.The children try to use their own familiar and favorite form to express the performance.As a music executive,the music quality and education quality of preschool teachers will affect her or his teaching behavior.Meanwhile,teaching behavior as an important factor in the implementation of the curriculum to a large extent determines the quality and value of the music itself.In view of the above situation,the scope of this study is set as a kindergarten teacher in Shanghai,Changning District,who has been teaching for less than five years.The author adopts stratified sampling method,in other words,with reference to the existing division of the existing kindergarten level in the district,I take samples from 1 demonstration kindergarten,5 first class kindergartens,7 grade two kindergartens in this district.The author adopts questionnaire survey to investigate the music teaching quality of kindergarten teachers who have less than five years of working life.The author conducted semi-structured interviews with some of the principals and teachers at the beginning,the author randomly selected six beginning teachers in three kindergartens in this district.The author made a non participatory observation of their musical activities by combining written records with mobile video,so as to know the current situation of music teaching quality of kindergarten teachers,analyze the existing problems,analyze the cause of the problem,explore effective strategies for improving the quality of music teaching in kindergarten teachers at the beginning of the kindergarten.The results show that,the quality of music teaching for early teachers,especially non professional early teachers is low.Therefore,it is harmful to the efficient development of musical activities.According to the research results,researchers have proposed a return to the value orientation of kindergarten music activities,optimizing pre service music education and pay attention to entry standards,enhancing the kindergarten's emphasis on Music Education,improving the kindergarten teacher induction training management system and other promotion strategies,so as to implement the idea of curriculum reform and ensure the effect and quality of kindergarten music activities.
