level.Fitness club is as one of the most suitable for the national fitness place,is also an important part of sports industry,the development in full swing in recent years,the heart of the fitness club fitness coach,investigating how its working level,whether it can really bring club for scientific,effective and safe in sports training,for the implementation of national fitness is necessary.Trainer this career is the first to take the initiative to shoulder the task of the implementation of the national fitness,constantly improve themselves,to the relevant departments of the standardization of the fitness industry management,make good use of the sports colleges and universities of teaching resources,promote the fitness coach better career development.Therefore,under the background of national fitness rose to national strategy,understanding as a fitness instructor needs of professional quality,working status and industry present situation,and puts forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions,for fitness coach's career development and the national fitness implement far-reaching significance.This study to fitness club coaches,managers,and members of shandong province as the research object,by using the survey method,literature material method,mathematical statistics method,case analysis and other research methods,from the perspective of three is about professional quality needed for the trainer career development study,the following conclusions:1 shandong fitness club fitness coach team has more men than women,more younger,explain the fitness industry in our province obtained the very good development,have enough fresh blood supplement.But much shorter working fixed number of year,old coach,should promote the fitness coach and continue to learn more,exchange of experience,skill appraisal activities actively,learn from each other,urge young coach learn a lot from old coach,to old with small.2 trainer team sports graduate professional background in proportion is low,affect the overall professional fitness instructor team,seriously hindered the trainer's professional development,mostly through duty after training,of which the majority with national professional qualification authentication,but still have card mount guard.Relevant departments of supervision,optimizing structure,improving the threshold,encourage sports professional graduates to the fitness coach station.3 trainer degree mostly concentrated in the university and college,the overall cultural level is higher,more positive to continue studying in consciousness.But fewer masters and more highly educated talents,show as a fitness instructor has not been fully recognized from the general public,and lack of the relevant incentive system and guarantee system.4 trainer is relatively lack of high quality,it is necessary to further enhance their own quality,for some English,pedagogy and new media application knowledge and skills related to seriously insufficient,the fitness industry development in shandong province are still is not yet mature,on the training and supervision mechanism is not perfect.To further enhance the professional quality of the fitness coach,broaden the knowledge quality,increase the share of high quality fitness coaches,enhance the consciousness of the fitness coach and continue to learn and ability,to make full use of the Internet new media advantage,be versatile.5 the fitness coach and the club's services and insurance contract situation is not optimistic,there are quite a number of fitness coach's rights and benefits is not security,personnel mobility too often,hindered the trainer to develop further.Need to strengthen the related departments of fitness services and insurance contract between the coach and the fitness club to carry out the situation of supervision,safeguard the rights of the fitness coach and treatment,to promote the steady development of the trainer professional.6 trainer training institution confusion at present,training expenses on the high side,from the material on the basis of limiting the trainer's better continue,fitness training market is not standard,the lack of related supervision and management mechanism.Sports colleges and universities should pay much attention to the cultivation of the coach,trainer professional,can be set up to pay attention to the latest dynamic social actual need,from the professional curriculum,training objective,direction and practice closely integrated with market guide,to ensure that the professional fitness instructor training and standardization.7 part of the fitness club development direction,the divergence of too commercial,so the lack of humanistic spirit,ignored the essence of sport.Fitness coaches itself should set up the spirit of continuous learning,dares to innovate,pay attention to their own professional quality and ability of the business,it is more important to adjust their own values,real love the fitness coach,full of passion and feelings,to promote the implementation of the national fitness positive contribution.
