Research On Information Literacy Of Local University Teachers

With the development of educational informationization,local universities need a large number of professional teachers with information literacy.Due to the development of local universities mainly rely on the support of the local provincial and municipal governments,and does not have the special policy and economic support of subordinate universities,it is inevitable to encounter more problems in the field of teachers' information literacy.Therefore,this paper focuses on the information literacy of teachers in local university.In this study,the in-service teachers of local universities as the research object,based on the original UTAUT model's four variables: performance expectancy,effort expectancy,social influence and convenience,increase three new variables,information technology attitude,self-efficacy and anxiety,then constructed the local university teachers in information technology acceptance with the adoption of model,and based on the model to formulates the research's framework and hypotheses.In the implementation process,first through the pre investigation of the small scale,the modification and perfection of the questionnaire,through the questionnaire carried out large-scale formal investigation analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis and multi group structural equation model of data.Combining the results of empirical research.Need to improve the performance expectations of teachers in local universities,Improving the local universities teachers' expectation of information technology,Changing the attitude of local university teachers to information technology,Changing the social impact of local university teachers on information technology,Facilitate the use of information technology for local university teachers,enhance the self efficacy of information technology in local colleges and universities,Standardizing the information morality of local university teachers.
