In order to promote the balanced development of education and optimize the allocation of teacher resources,teacher swap system has become an inevitable trend and effective way in recent years.Therefore,China has begun to carry out some relevant policies to promote the system in a beneficial way.However,when there is a need to distribute public resources in the process of teacher exchange in public junior high school,primary and secondary school teachers and relevant government departments still have problems.The key to ensure that teacher swap system is institutionalized is to let the new exchange teachers adapt the new school as soon as possible,maximize the effects of rotation,and let parents,students,governments,teachers and other parties pull together.In this paper,it will take X district as an example and focus on the adaptability and differences of the new exchange teachers in public junior middle school.According to the cause of adaptability and differences,there will give some suggestions,which can provide references to the education management department for implementing teacher exchange policy.This paper consists of five parts.The first part proposes the research question,elaborates the main purpose and significance,and gives the main research content and method.After looking up a large amount data,this paper explains the situation,relevant concepts,and theoretical basis(including educational fair theory,education balanced development theory and teachers' professional development theory)of teacher exchange at home and abroad,defines the meaning of these words like public junior high school,new exchange teachers and adaptability.The second part is mainly to make use of positive analysis on the adaptability of new exchange teachers in public junior high school in X district.The third part will describe and analyze the general adaptation level and the differences of adaptability of the exchange teachers.The fourth part combines theoretical basis of teacher exchange and actual situation of new exchange teachers,puts forward reasonable suggestions to improve the adaptability of exchange teachers from three angles such as implementation of teacher swap system,school management concept,incentive and security.The fifth part isconclusion,which points out the shortages and set up the goal of future research.
